Yes, we're still here. We never did get discharged for various reasons. but we're out of here very soon!
Things are really moving now! Yana just had her tubes pulled today. She's up and walking pretty well, and will only get better now! She's also off of oxygen entirely. She dips into the sixties when she gets upset, but otherwise she's in the high seventies and low eighties most of the time! So we're very excited. It looks like we've got one night left here; possibly two, but we're optimistic we're going to be discharged tomorrow. We'll be at my Parent's house for one night and then on our way home; God willing!!!!!
Much praise and thanksgiving to our God for carrying us through this difficult time. One last burst of prayer would be much appreciated. There are a number of bugs floating around the hospital, including RSV and some superbugs. We hope and pray that Yana doesn't catch it. It could be a major setback for her, and she certainly doesn't need that. So pray for Yana and all the kids in the hospital right now. We've seen other kids on the brink of going home, but then catching RSV. And it's a threatening lung disease for little kids. So keep on praying! But please join us in thanking God once again for his faithfulness!
